Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation: Brown the veal knots in the bubbling butter, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped parsley, garlic and lemon zest. Add a crumbled stock cube, cover flush with the white wine and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. Serve hot.
Ingredients: 50 G Butter - 4 Veal Knuckles - Salt - Pepper - Chopped Parsley - Chopped Garlic - Grated Lemon Zest - 1 Stock Cube - White Wine
