Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation: Cook the cutlets in the butter, salt and pepper, adding, if necessary, a little stock cube. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and put the wine and the water in which the stock cube has dissolved in the cooking juices. Reduce the sauce, add the juice of 1 lemon and the parsley. Serve the meat with the sauce.
Ingredients: 4 Veal Chops - 40 G Butter - 1 Glass White Wine - 1/2 Glass Water - 1 Stock Cube - Lemon Juice - 1 Tuft Chopped Parsley - Salt - Pepper
