Recipe second for 6 people based on Roast beef - cooking method oven.
Preparation: Massage the meat with salt. Very coarsely crush plenty of pepper in a mortar then brown the piece of meat in it so that it is completely coated. Place the roast beef on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and cook in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 30 minutes. Before serving, let the meat rest for 10 minutes out of the oven, after having covered it well with aluminum foil.
