Roast veal

Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Sprinkle the meat with chopped thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper; brown it on all sides, over high heat, in a pan lightly greased with butter. Close the pan and cook in a hot oven for about 40 minutes. Serve the roast, hot or cold, cut into slices.
