Roasted rice

Recipe first for 4 people based on Sausage with tomato - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes. Brown the chopped onion and margarine in a saucepan, add the skinless sausage, the peas and the mushrooms. Let everything brown for a few minutes, add the peeled tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Dilute with a ladle of broth and cook for about 20 minutes. Pour the rice into the saucepan and cook, diluting it a little at a time with the broth and stirring frequently. Keep the rice quite al dente, pour it into a baking dish, cover it with the slices, put it in the hot oven for 2 minutes (just long enough to allow the slices to melt) and serve.
