Preparation: For the success of this dish, the thickness of the slices must be really thin. Spread 8 slices of meat well and arrange them in the center of each one a mushroom cut into flakes, a pinch of parsley and garlic minced together, salt and pepper. Place other slices of meat on top of the stuffed slices. Form rolls by wrapping the double slices on themselves, dip them in the flour and then in the beaten egg white. Heat a generous dose of oil, when it is steaming, immerse the rolls for a few minutes. Drain them well and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper, then arrange them on a large plate and serve.
