Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and lightly brown the turkey slices over high heat. Lower the heat and cook the meat for another 7 minutes. Chop the capers. Remove the turkey slices from the heat and keep them warm.
