Veal loins

Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.

Preparation:

Preparation: Toast the pine nuts, then crush them with the herbs, adding oil, salt, pepper to make a sauce. Salt and pepper each loin, wrap it around itself and wrap two slices of lard around it, securing with a toothpick. Brown them briefly in the oil and serve with the pine nut sauce.
