Preparation: On each slice of meat put a slice of scamorzone, half a slice of ham, 3 olives cut in half (in the order in which it is written). Roll it all up and secure with two toothpicks. Put the rolls in a pan together with a knob of butter and 3 bay leaves, salt and pepper, put the lid on and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the wine, let it evaporate, add the broth and cook for another twenty minutes.
