Recipe second for 6 people based on Veal.
Preparation: Choose a piece of lean veal, put it in a pan where it fits just right, season it with salt and pepper, the oil and the juice of one and a half lemons. Place a sheet of greaseproof paper with oil over the pan, close by placing a light weight on the lid and cook over moderate heat for an hour. When ready to serve, slice the meat and cover with the sauce.
Ingredients: 600 G Veal - 2 Lemons - 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil - 30 G Butter - Salt - Pepper
