Kidney With Olives
Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the sliced onion in the butter. Add the sliced kidney and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with white wine, add the crumbled nut and, at the end of cooking, the paprika and olives.
